How can I prepare for my wax?

  • Avoid caffeine day of

  • Stay hydrated, drink lots of water + moisturize

  • Have enough hair, minimum 2 weeks grow out  

  • Advil 30 minutes prior

  • Wear loose, comfy clothes

  • Exfoliate the night before

  • Avoid alcohol day before and day of

  • Do not trim or shave

  • No hot tubs, pools, or saunas

  • Avoid hot water in the shower

  • Wait 24 hours to start exfoliating

  • Start moisturizing the evening of

  • No intimacy or touching for 24 hours

  • Wear loose, breathable clothing for 24 hours
